Our customized Wellhead Shelter Floor offers a durable, rigid walking surface featuring non-slip, high grit. Designed to minimize slips, trips and falls and give an even working surface inside of a wellhead shelter. It is resistant to both corrosion and fire. Our Floor can be purchased with our Wellhead Shelter System or sold separately. Floors are customizable to fit under any shelter.
MOBILE WORKING PLATFORM
These specialized floors can also function as insulated, mobile, working platforms for use in remote areas. Both lightweight and mobile, the interlocking system allows flexibility in size to create small or larger working surfaces.
SAFETY
We designed our Wellhead Shelter Flooring System with safety as our key concern. Special attention to eliminating common slips, trips and falls, as well as real-world feedback about operational challenges were addressed with our high-grit composite, fiber-reinforced polymer non-slip surface. While being a fire-retardant composite and a single, smooth walking surface, it also eliminates several safety issues including potential for electric shock, corrosion, rust, and thermal conductivity, making our flooring the safest on the market.
Durability
We focused on reinforcing the most common failure points of current wellhead shelter floors on the market today. We have substantially increased reinforcement by including internal struts, lifting points and perimeter channels. By combining heavy gauge galvanized steel components and composite FRP skins, we have created the best of both world with no disadvantages of traditional flooring solutions.
Rigid FloATing Foundation
We have crafted our flooring panels through a process that chemically and mechanically bonds the internal galvanized reinforcing steel with high-density R16+ insulation and our durable, composite surface. This creates a rigid flooring solution that functions as a floating foundation for the wellhead shelter itself. This prevents uneven shelter movement during subsidence while maintaining functioning access points into the wellhead structure regardless of ground movement.
Assembly
We invested significantly to create easy-to-assemble panelized wellhead shelter flooring that can be installed in the field in record time. With heavy-duty, flush-mounted pick points, our modular flooring solutions shorten deployment time.
